Shipping policy
ORDERING
- Upon reception of your online order, D&P Parfümüm will send you a confirmation email with the order number & details.
- Most orders placed are processed within 1 - 2 business days from the time order is placed.
- Orders placed on Thursday & during the weekend will be processed the following Sunday.
- Orders placed during a holiday will be processed the next business day.
- Your credit card will be charged when your order is being sent out to you.
That way, should a product not be immediately available, your credit card will only be charged when it becomes available and is being shipped to you. - If your order was not delivered as planned and want to know the status of your order, please contact us via email sales@dp-kuwait.com or WhatsApp us +965 50773823.

- Delivery charges are based on areas starting from 2.000kd - 3.000kd.
