Refund Policy
At D&P Parfümüm, we always hope that you are happy with your order. If, however, this isn’t the case, you may return or exchange by following the instructions listed below.
Returns & Exchanges
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with the receipt.
- To return/exchange an item, visit the nearest D&P Parfümüm. Once the return is accepted, you can either exchange or refund.
- D&P Parfümüm only accepts returns/exchanges for items purchased through this Site & our official stores. We are not responsible for any items not purchased directly from Kuwait’s D&P Parfümüm Website or official stores.
Damages & Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and visit the nearest shop within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If the faulty item was due to customer use or it has been consumed within the 14 days, the item will not be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
- In the case of refund, we will reimburse you the price paid for the item on your original payment method. Refunds on bank accounts takes from 10-15 working days starting from the date in which we received the returned item.
- Shipping fees are not refundable or reimbursable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- They are also not eligible for any discounts or promo code usage unless otherwise noted.
